Training

As regards the evaluation of the general training plan provided for under the project, several evaluations are expected to be carried out at three key points in the development of the training activities:

  1. An initial self-diagnostic evaluation of the participants in the training, through a survey and mental map of the key concepts they associate with multilingualism in schools.
  2. Gradual evaluation of the transfer of knowledge  throughout the training process and where, in line with the koinos research-action approach, several successive plans of action will be developed, as well as joint development of criteria and indicators for evaluating good multilingual practices and, in addition, a second mental map that enables the evaluation of the learning to be assessed.
  3. Evaluation of the impact on students and teachers where, in addition to developing the previous stages’ tools and techniques (BPP criteria table, survey, mental map), teachers and students will also be interviewed, in order to reach a deeper understanding of the knowledge acquired and its transfer to educational practices in schools.
